Ghost is a Swedish heavy/doom metal band that has been creating music the 2010 release of the 7" vinyl, Elizabeth. Ghost's music is dark and full of satanic lyrics that they sing in concert while covered in black robes. The identities of the members of Ghost is uncertain because they enjoy keeping a mysterious vibe around them, so the black robes help to hide their identities. As they perform upon the stage, masked in black robes, they sing songs with titles like "Satan Prayer" and "Death Knell" to produce a mysterious and dark energy that surrounds the stage. Ghost has played with the goth metal band Paradise Lost and were part of the 2011 Download Festival in the UK, and most recently they were on tour with the bands Mastadon and Opeth.
